Report a Data Error
Our database covers over 21,000 prefix assignments, and BCBS companies update their data regularly. If you find a prefix that returns the wrong company, an outdated phone number, or missing information, please let us know so we can investigate and correct it.
When reporting an error, include as much detail as possible:
- The prefix in question
- What our tool shows vs. what you believe is correct
- The source of the correct information (e.g., "I called this number and it's disconnected" or "My card shows a different company")
